I think this is why Bungie's next game is going to be multi platform. Bungie has been working on "Matter" silently for a while now, and they got a $ 100 million investment from NetEase in 2018.

gotcha, thanks for clarifying
@Christopher, is the OG XB1 still being produced or did the production on OG XB1 end when the XBX and XBS were introduced?
I disagree, just like minecraft, MS will keep all of the current released games on PS, but once the deal closes either in 22/23 all the games being developed under activision/blizzard will be exclusive for Xbox and PC, no games will be releasing on PS consoles.
Think about this, how many Xbox S/X will be sold once COD is exclusive to MS platform, MS wants these gamers in their ecosystem, allowing the future COD games to release on PS doesn't allow that to happen.
@Ethereal, As far as I know Bethesda was a private company and I think the owner & CEO Robert Altman wanted out of the gaming business due to his age, (Robert Altman passed away on Feb 2021), and also the company's board members were getting up there in age as well. If you read the wikipedia page of the company EA had tried to acquire the company but the deal didn't go thru.
My speculation, I think many companies may have wanted to acquire Bethesda, and Bethe...
I believe MS will only honor the 2 timed exclusives from Bethesda (Ghostwire and Deathloop) since Sony already has an agreement on these. Starfield, ES 6, and any other future projects will be available only on Xbox and PC.
Fallout 76 & ESO will be continuously supported for PS, unless MS decides to scrap the project altogether.
This article is about Konami not Hideo Kojima. Konami is dropping the Fox Engine because the devs that built the engine have all left, and they don't have anyone to work on the engine anymore.
Well in the near future babies will file for sexual harassment because parents didn't get a permission before changing their diapers.

you right!!
@DarkOcelet, Level 5 isn't mentioned at all.
They are working on a PS4 JRPG that was stated by Hino last year to reveal @ E3 2015, but may have been pushed to TGS 2015.
This is the very first time square has done something like this where they put a window on an upcoming game. Currently gamers are still waiting on a release date or even a window on FF 15 & KH3.
Level 5 new ps4 game is being shown at E3.

I'd buy an Xbox to play his game.
The best thing for Kojima is to start a new company, and work with Sony, MS or Nintendo.
Sony would be a great partner for Kojima since they are more likely to allow him to create a new IP, and allow him creative freedom. Negative would that Sony would like ownership of the IP.
MS would allow him to retain the ownership of the IP, but not sure if they would allow him creative freedom.
Nintendo are in a transition, I don't know what kind ...
@ Blaze, purchasing exclusive content on watch dogs and Destiny is nothing new, MS has done this on COD, Mass Effect and many more games.
Agent, nobody knows whats going with the game, is it exclusive to PS or multi is a question mark. If you watch the e3 2013 interview of Jack Tretton after Sony conference, even he doesn't know whats going on with that game. So until Rockstar and Take Two announce the game we won't know what is going on?
Yes a business is...
Sony making an exclusive deal with SE for FFXV and KH3 is not a good deal for Sony. Paying a lot of money for games that have not seen an image or video since TGS 2013 and has no release schedule in foreseeable future. Not worth it. I can applaud MS for this deal, but I believe its a bad deal where both end up losing. Instead MS should have invested their money in a new IP being developed by an unknown studio or using the money to fund a unique game and bring it to market.
@hkgamer, I don't believe employees at SE would have lost their jobs, because after the game was released they shelved the English version of the game. Reason provided by SE to shelve the English version of type 0 due to market share of the PSP. When the English version was shelved the work that went into the game was considered a loss. One thing that you also forgot to mention that, is SE still producing the game disk for type 0 or has the production on those halted as well? I believ...
Can't believe The Last Remnant for PS3 is still on that list?
This game has been on that list since 2008.
Developer of the game mentioned that the game might be offered on a discount if upgrading from the PS+ version of the game (digital only).
